Details
New service released to ease upgrade issues for customers.
Whilst software updates can be installed with relative ease for the majority of our customers we recognise that for some customers performing updates can be a daunting prospect.
We know that not all of our customers are computer savvy and that not everybody has access to a computer technician to assist with upgrades. For this reason we have introduced the new Assisted Upgrade Service. If upgrades are an issue then let us perform the upgrade for you so you can concentrate on running your business.
Providing the computer that needs to be upgraded is connected to the internet we have the technology to access the PC and perform the upgrade for you.
The cost for providing this service is £40.00, if there is any trouble with the upgrade we will resolve the issue or refund the fee.
