We do not allow the changing of registered company names, when a serial is purchased it is registered against a company name. Once a serial has been issued we cannot revoke it nor can we prevent its usage. the only exception to this rule is detailed as follows:
When an existing customer has changed the company status from sole trader to a limited company with the same name and retains ownership of company, for example abc motors becomes abc motors limited or visversa then we would accomodate this change.
Other than the above a new serial would need to be purchased for each different registered company.
You can request a copy of your company registration details via email or call 01761 432123 there is no fee but details can only be sent to the registered companies email address. This is the email address that was used initially to make purchase.
