After 20 years of dedicated service, we are retiring Auto Workshop Manager. We understand this may be disappointing news for many of our long standing customers, but this change is necessary due to recent updates from Apple that have impacted our ability to continue developing Auto Workshop Manager effectively.

No more hand written invoices, present professional looking Invoices to your customers. You can personalise the invoice easily by adding your own company logo(s), formatting and footer text.
Easily keep track of customers, customer details and their vehicles repair and service history. A quick search by registration will return a full list of customers, invoices and appointments that are related to that vehicle.
Book your customers vehicles into the job scheduler, timeslot availability and multiple bays. Look at the day, week, or month view for an instant overview of current and future jobs.
Sending text message reminders to customers of pending dates for their vehicles has been shown to increase customer return rates. Create personalised Service & Test reminders, job updates and more
There are a good number of reports covering sales and purchasing activities. Many of these reports can create Excel files for calculating VAT Returns or end of year accounts. It is also a good way of providing data to your Accountants.
Recording supplier and purchasing activities is straight forward. Create a supplier then raise purchase orders when you need supplies. When the invoice arrives update the purchase order. This information can then be used for reporting and exporting.
