Payment process

For peace of mind all payments taken via this website are processed securely using Paypal. We only store data that is nessesary to maintain your account, we do not sell/share customer data and all payment information is encrypted at point of sale, we do not store credit / debit card information.

Once we receive a payment confirmation we will generate and send your registration details via email within 4 hours.
Once you have received your registration details these can then be copy & pasted into the trial version to remove all trial limitations.

Life time licence - no contracts or automatic renewals

A lifetime license means once software has been purchased it will never timeout or expire, you are free to use AWM for as long as you wish. You will also receive 1 year dedicated telephone/remote support and any updates. If you wish to continue to receive support & Updates after the first year has lapsed you will need to renew your software maintenance.

Dedicated telephone / remote support

We are not a part time business and we provide a dedicated direct support line 01761 432123 which is manned 5.5 days per week. If your experiencing difficulties one of our technicians will endeavour to assist to resolve any issue you are experiencing.

We can offer assistance by phone and if the situation requires it we can perform a remote support session over the internet (Internet connection required).

After the 1st Year software maintenance costs £50 per and every year.

If your software maintenance lapses and your in need of support, no problem give us a call to renew your software maintenance covering the lapsed period.
